摘要
在皮革制品等服装面料的生产过程中,针对现有裁断机的微控器难以执行高效排样算法以及人工操作方式自动化程度低、人工成本高、材料利用率低、生产效率低等问题,为了实现机器换人,提出一种基于工业互联网的皮革优化排样与多机协调裁断技术。采用现场总线技术和Ethernet/IP工业以太网的异构网络融合技术实现对多台裁断机的实时监控和操作。提出针对二维不规则样片排样的高效排样算法实现皮革的优化排样,同时结合通信网络的实时性与多机协调裁断策略,实现皮革裁断的快速流水线操作和较低的皮革浪费率。
An optimized leather nesting and multi-machine coordination cutting technology based on industrial internet is proposed in this paper.The real-time monitoring and cutting operation of multiple machines are realized through internetwork fusion technology with field bus technology and Ethernet/IP industrial Ethernet. An efficient nesting algorithm for two-dimensional irregular sample nesting is proposed to realize optimal nesting of leather,combined with the real-time nature of the communication network and multi-machine coordinated cutting strategy.
