汽车电力电子控制器性能测试系统设计

摘要 为了测试汽车电力电子控制器的性能,设计开发了一套模拟真实工况下的测试系统。采用模块化对系统进行整体设计,详细描述了液压管路原理和硬件框架。基于Lab Windows/CVI软件平台,开发了上位机测试软件。通过实验验证,系统稳定性、可靠性较高,满足设计要求。 In order to test the performance of automotive Power Electronic Unit,a set of test system to simulate the real operating conditions is designed in this paper.Adopting modular design of the system as a whole,a detailed description of the hydraulic piping principle and hardware framework is made.The test software is developed based on Lab Windows/CVI software platform.Through experimental verification,the system meets the design requirements with high stability and reliability.
