系统是由可编程控制器PLC构成的自动化控制的板式过滤器系统,将污油过滤为净油。通过显示屏实现显示当前过滤箱内的压力值、报警及监控功能,为了满足调试、试车和维修等要求,系统分为自动和手动两种工作方式,具有液位、油压、气压限值报警等必要的安全保护措施。系统具有较高的可靠性和安全性,适用于各种具有过滤要求的工业生产场合,有很好的市场应用前景。
This system is an automatic control panel filter system composed of PLC of PLC.The function is to filter the dirty oil into clean oil.Display the pressure value,alarm and monitoring function in the current filter box through the display screen.In order to meet the requirements of debugging,commissioning and maintenance,the system is divided into automatic and manual working modes,with necessary safety protection measures such as liquid level, oil pressure and pressure limit alarm.
