辅助性使用尼麦角林对Semont管石解脱法治疗良性陈发性位置性眩晕后半管规管结石疗效研究

Effect of nicergoline on the curative effect of semont tube calculi treated with Semont tube after BPPV

目的:探讨尼麦角林辅助Semont管石解脱法治疗良性陈发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)后半管规管结石(PC-BPPV)的临床效果。方法:将100例PC-BPPV患者按治疗先后分为对照组(50例)和联合组(50例),对照组仅采用Semont管石解脱法治疗,联合组在emont管石解脱法治疗后辅助应用尼麦角林治疗2周,比较两组患者经Semont管石解脱法治疗的效果和治疗2周后的疗效。结果:仅用Semont管石解脱法治疗,联合组治愈率和有效率分别为66.00%和82.00%,对照组分别为68.00%和80.00%,两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);尼麦角林辅助治疗2周后,联合组治愈率和有效率分别为92.00%和96.00%,明显高于对照组74.00%和84.00%(P<0.05)。结论:辅助性使用尼麦角林可明显改善Semont管石解脱法治疗PC-BPPV后患者的眩晕症状。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of nicergoline supplementation with semont tube lithotripsy in the treatment of semicircular canal stones（PC-BPPV）after BPPV.Methods：One hundred patients with PCBPPV were divided into control group（50 cases）and combination group（50 cases）according to the treatment.The control group was treated with Semont tube release alone.The combined group was assisted by emont tube release therapy Nicergoline treatment for two weeks,the two groups of patients treated by the treatment of Semont tube relief effect and the efficacy of two weeks after treatment.Results：The curative rate and effective rate were 66.00% and 82.00% in the combined group and 68.00%and 80.00%in the control group,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After two weeks of adjuvant treatment with nicergoline,the cure rate and effective rate in the combined group were 92.00% and 96.00%,respectively,significantly higher than 74.00% and 84.00%in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclution：Nicergoline can be used as adjuvant to improve the vertigo of patients after PC-BPPV treatment with Semont tube release.
