摘要
为了匹配高压水射流靶物探测系统的各信号处理程序的数据格式,实现靶物在线探测,提高靶物探测效率,利用LabVIEW软件及数据转换方法,对靶物探测系统软件中各个信号处理子程序模块进行改进,解决了不同算法之间数据类型不匹配问题。详细介绍了靶物探测系统的工作原理,系统软件每个算法的数据类型,以及各个数据类型之间的转换方法,实现各个算法之间的数据实时流通和处理以及靶物探测系统软件集成,并利用传声器阵列搭建了模拟实验装置进行改进后的系统软件测试。实验结果表明,改进后的系统软件各程序模块之间能够实现数据之间的在线流通,能够实现高压水射流靶物探测系统数据采集处理和靶物材质、位置的实时显示。
In order to match the data format of each signal processing program of the high pressure water jet target detection system,realize the on-line detection of target and improve the efficiency of detecting target,each signal processing subroutine module of the target detection system was improved by LabVIEW software and data conversion method in this paper,with which the problems of data type mismatch between different algorithms were solved. The working principle of the target detection system,the data types of each algorithm,and the conversion methods among the data types were introduced in detail. The circulation and processing of the data among each algorithm were realized in real time,and the software of target detection system was integrated. The improved system software was tested by using the simulation experiment device which was built with microphone array. Experimental results showed that the on-line flow of data between each program module was realized by the improved system software. The data acquisition and processing of high pressure water jet target detection system were realized,and the target material and position were displayed in real time.
