摘要 为适应当前环保产业创新型、应用型的人才需求,文章以华北电力大学环境科学专业本科培养为研究对象,在课程体系、教学模式、考核方式、就业引导等方面对创新应用型人才培养进行了探讨,提出了以环境问题为核心,设立专业导引课、进行模块教学、施行导师制、延长毕业设计时间、增加多领域环境见习、加强学生技能培养训练、建立毕业生就业导引库等建议,以期促进我国环境科学专业高等教育发展。 In order to meet the needs of innovative and applied talents in the current environmental protection industry,this paper takes the undergraduate cultivation of environmental science major in North China Electric Power University as the research object,and conducts the training for innovative and applied talents in terms of curriculum system,teaching model,assessment methods,and employment guidance. Moreover,it also discussed and put forward the proposal of setting up professional guidance courses,conducting modular teaching,implementing tutorial system,prolonging graduation design time,increasing multi-field environmental training,strengthening students' skills training,and establishing employment guide for graduates based on the environmental issues,which aims to promote China's higher education of environmental science development.
