摘要
虾青素是一种类胡萝卜素,是一种抗氧化剂,有多种生物学功能。本文综述虾青素对神经系统的保护作用的研究进展,为进一步开展虾青素的相关活性研究和临床应用提供参考。
Astaxanthin（AXT） is a carotenoid and an antioxidant with multiple biological functions. This review summarizes the research progress of the protective effect of astaxanthin on the nervous system and provides references for the further activity study and clinical application of astaxanthin.
