摘要
在土壤中添加基础营养基质葡萄糖,观察不同葡萄糖量和不同时间土壤释放CO_2量的动态变化。结果表明:随着添加葡萄糖量的增加,果园土壤CO_2释放量呈先增后减少的趋势,葡萄糖添加量12mg·g^(-1)时CO_2释放量达到峰值。在培养的5h内,各添加浓度的葡萄糖处理随培养时间的延长土壤CO_2释放量呈增加趋势,且在培养3h时达到高峰。
Glucose,a basic nutrient substrate,was added to the soil to observe the dynamic changes of soil CO2 released at different glucose levels and in different time.The results showed that with the increase of the adding amount of glucose,the release amount CO2 in orchard soil increased first and then decreased,and the release amount of CO2 reached the peak when the glucose was added to 12 g·L^-1.Within the culture of 5 h,the release amount of CO2 of soil under each treatment of adding glucose increased with the prolongation of culture time,and reached the peak at 3 hafter culture.
