Development Countermeasure for Rural Collective Economy under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

在实施乡村振兴战略背景下,发展农村集体经济势在必行。针对农村集体经济面临的迫切问题,从推进产权制度改革、聚集高效生产要素、合理分配经营收益、加强监督反腐力度等4个方面,提出加快发展农村集体经济的对策建议。

It is imperative to develop rural collective economy under the background of rural revitalization strategy of China.Facing the urgent problems of rural collective economy,four countermeasures,including the reform of the property rights system,the gathering of high-efficiency production elements,the rational distribution of running income,and the strengthening efforts on supervision and anti-corruption,were proposed to accelerate the development of rural collective economy.
