摘要 针对压水堆核电站蒸汽发生器水位用传统的PI(ZN-PI)控制效果不佳的问题,改用MCP标准传递函数整定的PI控制器方案(MCP-PI)。仿真试验结果表明:相对于传统的ZN-PI控制,MCP-PI控制响应具有超调量较小,鲁棒性好,响应过程更平稳的优点,值得推荐用于核电厂蒸汽发生器水位控制过程。 Aimed at the water level control system of the pressure water reactor nuclear power plant,the traditional control solutions mainly adopt the ZN-PI control method,and the control effect is not satisfied. In this paper to simplify the extraction of the evaporator water level control system mathematical model of the premise,a multiple capacity process transfer function(MCP)parameter tuning method is applied to the control system. The experimental results show that:compared with the traditional ZN-PI control method,MCP-PI control system response with small overshoot,better robustness and have the advantages that the response process is more stable,which is recommended for control of evaporator for nuclear power plant and other similar areas.
