基于三阶段DEA模型的江苏高等学校人文社会科学科研效率研究

Analysis on Research Efficiency of Humanities and Social Sciences of Universities in Jiangsu Province Based on Three-stage DEA Model

采用三阶段DEA模型,以江苏省35所本科高等学校为评价单元,对各高校2014年哲学社会科学科研效率进行分析评价,研究结论表明:环境变量和随机因素对本科高校人文社科科研创新效率存在显著影响,其中地区经济水平、政府资金投入对科研创新效率的提升是正向的,而地区教育水平、非政府资金投入以及学术交流情况等对科研创新效率的提升是负向的;在剔除影响后,高校平均综合创新效率、纯技术创新效率和规模效率分别是0.700、0.803、0.872,存在显著的提升趋势;纯技术创新效率低下是造成综合效率不高的主要因素;南京大学等6所高校在调整后处于DEA前沿,是其他高校的科研创新的标杆。

By selecting 35 undergraduate universities in Jiangsu Province, China as the evaluation units, and using the Threestage Data Envelopment Analysis model, this paper analyzed and evaluated the research efficiency of humanities and social sciences in these universities. It can be obtained from the results that, the environment variables and random factors have great influence on the research efficiency of humanities and social sciences in these universities, among which, the variables of local economic level and governmental capital investment have the positive effect on the research efficiency, while the variables of local education level, non-governmental investment and acadenfic exchange have a negative effect. After elinfinating the effect of environment variables and random factors, the average overall innovation efficiency, pure technological efficiency and scale efficiency respectively are 0.700, 0. 803 and 0. 872, which have a significant enhancing trend ; besides, the insufficiency of pure technological innovation efficiency mainly causes the low level of the overall efficiency; what＇s more, six universities including Nanjing University are at the DEA forefront after adjustment and can serve as the model of research innovation for other universities.
