摘要
民办高校在教学团队建设中,由于各类优质教学资源相对有限,教学团队凝聚力难以形成。基于分形理论,民办高校教学团队具有自相似性、自组织性、自生长性的特点。根据以上特点,民办高校教学团队管理可通过以下三方面做出改进:第一、尊重团队的自相似性,鼓励团队个性的发展;第二、发挥团队的自组织性,推动教学团队的自我完善;第三、利用团队的自生长性,合理规划教学团队的发展。通过以上改进,有效推动教学团队的健康发展,充分发挥其在提升教育教学质量中的作用。
In the construction of teaching team in private colleges and universities, the cohesion and attractiveness of teaching team are difficult to form, because of the relative limited quality teaching resources and the scarcity of famous teachers. Based on fractal theory, the teaching team of private colleges and universities has the characteristics of self-similarity, self-organization and self-growth. According to the above characteristics, the teaching team management of private colleges and universities can be improved through the following three aspects: first, to respect the self-similarity of the team and encourage the development of the team personality; second, to bring into play the self-organization of the team and promote the self-improvement of the teaching team; third, to make use of the self-growth of the team and plan the development of the teaching team. Through these improvements, we can effectively promote the healthy development of teaching team and give full play to its role in improving the quality of teaching.
