精神分裂症患者父母健康状况与其血液营养指标相关性研究

Relationships between parents' health status and blood nutrition indicators in patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨以父母为主要照护者的精神分裂症患者,其父母健康状况与患者血液营养指标的相关性,为加强患者营养状况管理提供参考。方法:从科研数据平台抽取838例精神分裂症患者人口学特征及其血液营养指标,采用描述性统计分析及卡方检验对数据进行分析,探索两者之间关系。结果:根据血常规及血液生化检查仪所提供的检查指标参考值标准,以父母为主要照护者的精神分裂症患者血糖异常率为20.6%,白蛋白异常率为10.0%。卡方分析表明,父母双方均健康与父母至少一方患病时患者血液营养指标比较发现血糖异常率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余指标未见统计学差异。父亲患病与母亲患病时患者血液营养指标比较发现白细胞计数异常率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者父母健康状况与患者血液营养指标之间存在相关性。

Objective：To explore the relationship between parents＇ health status and blood nutrition indicators in patients with schizophrenia and taken care of by their parents,which can supply references to patients with schizophrenia in nutrition management.Methods：The demographic data and blood nutrition indicators of 838 schizophrenia patients were collected from the hospital scientific data base. Descriptive statistic and chi-squared test were used to analysis the data and explored the relationship between them. Results：Based on the normal indicators got by the machines of our hospital,the abnormal rate of blood sugar and albumin were 20. 6% and10. 0% in patients with schizophrenia and taken care of by their parents,respectively. The abnormal rate of blood sugar had significant differences between parents who were both healthy and at least one was ill（ P〈0. 05）,and there were no significant differences in other indicators. The abnormal rate of leukocyte count between sick father and sick mother had significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：There are correlations between the health status of their parents and nutrition blood indicators in patients with schizophrenia.
