The relationship between rs2231142 polymorphism and primary gout in Northeast Sichuan

摘要 目的:检测ABCG2基因rs2231142位点多态性与川东北地区原发性痛风的相关性,为该地区原发性痛风的发病机制研究提供线索。方法:收集川东北地区原发性痛风样本175例和正常健康体检样本277例,Taqman-MGB探针法分析rs2231142位点多态性与原发性痛风的相关性。结果:rs2231142位点各基因型分布频率在痛风患者和正常人群之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),等位基因A在痛风患者中的携带频率显著高于正常人群,分别为43.7%和31.6%(P<0.01)。结论:rs2231142位点A等位基因和AA基因型为川东北地区原发性痛风发病的易感因素。 Objective:To detect the association between rs2231142 polymorphism of ABCG2 gene and primary gout in Northeast Sichuan,and to provide clues for the pathogenesis of primary gout in this area. Methods:A total of 175 samples of primary gout and 277 healthy controls were collected in Northeast Sichuan. The correlation between rs2231142 polymorphism and primary gout was analyzed by Taqman-MGB probe method. Results:The frequency of genotype distribution of rs2231142 loci was significantly different between gout patients and normal controls( P〈0. 01),and allele A was significantly higher in gout patients than in normal subjects,43. 7% and 31. 6%,respectively( P〈0. 01). Conclusion:A allele and AA genotype at rs2231142 locus are risk factors for primary gout in Northeast Sichuan.
