达芬奇机器人甲状腺外科手术的现状及前景 被引量:3

摘要 随着甲状腺疾病发病率的升高,甲状腺外科手术越来越受到人们的关注。传统的甲状腺外科手术已无法满足患者对于美观的需求。机器人手术系统是现代化智能工程技术与现代微创外科技术的完美结合,以达芬奇机器人手术系统为代表的机器人手术系统,结合了传统的开放手术和腔镜手术的优势,已经广泛应用于胃肠外科、泌尿外科、心胸外科、妇科等,在甲状腺外科中虽然应用较晚,但因其独特的三维性视觉和精确的模拟技术而逐渐被接受。本文对达芬奇机器人甲状腺外科手术的应用现状及前景进行系统阐述,以促进机器人甲状腺外科手术的发展。 With the increasing incidence of thyroid diseases,thyroid surgery is getting more and more attention. Traditional thyroid surgery has failed to meet the patients' aesthetic needs. Robotic surgical system combines modern intelligent engineering with modern minimally invasive surgical techniques. The robotic surgical system,represented by Da Vinci robotic surgical system,has been widely used in gastrointestinal surgery,urinary surgery,cardiothoracic surgery,gynecology,etc.,with the advantages of traditional open surgery and endoscopic surgery. Despite a late start,robotic surgical system is increasingly applied in thyroid surgery because of its unique three-dimensional vision and accurate simulation techniques. This article reviewed the status quo and prospect of Da Vinci robotic thyroid surgery in order to provide the references for clinical development of robotic thyroid surgery.
