摘要
2型糖尿病是目前全球共同面临的健康问题,美国内分泌医师协会(AACE)/美国内分泌学会(ACE)2018年1月发布的《2型糖尿病综合管理策略》(以下简称《管理策略》)从美国的角度对其临床医生的临床实践给予指导。本文总结并分析了该《管理策略》的核心要点及其对我国全科医生的指导意义。
Type 2 diabetes is one of the top health problems in the world.The Consensus Statement on the Comprehensive Type 2 Diabetes Management Algorithm was updated by American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and American College of Endocrinology in January 2018,providing recommendations for US diabetes healthcare providers in the context of US.The current manuscript interprets the principles of this clinical practice guideline in the context of Chinese general practice.
