脑梗死患者促生长激素释放肽水平的研究

Study of ghrelin in patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨促促生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin)水平变化趋势与脑梗死及颈动脉内膜厚度的关系。方法筛选郑州大学附属郑州中心医院2014-01—2016-04住院脑梗死患者86例及同期健康对照组,测定血清Ghrelin含量,用彩色多普勒超声检测颈总动脉至颈内动脉分叉处的内-中膜厚度(carotid intima-media thickness,CIMT),分析脑梗死患者Ghrelin水平与颈内动脉斑块厚度之间的关系。结果脑梗死患者血清Ghrelin水平较正常对照显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);脑梗死患者CIMT明显增厚,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Ghrelin水平与CIMT呈显著正相关(r=0.526,P<0.01)。结论 Ghrelin在脑梗死的发生、发展中产生重要影响,可为脑梗死的早期干预和预后的评估提供参考依据。

Objective To detect the serum levels of ghrelin in patients with cerebral infarction and to explore the relationship between the change of ghrelin levels and cerebral infarction and carotid intima-media thickness.Methods 86 cases of cerebral infarction and healthy controls form January 2014 to April of Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou Central Hospital of Zhengzhou University were screened.Determination of serum ghrelin content,The intra-media thickness of carotid artery to internal carotid artery bifurcation was measured by color doppler ultrasound.The relationship between ghrelin level and carotid plaque thickness in cerebral infarction patients was analyzed.Results The serum ghrelin level of cerebral infarction patients were significantly lower than that of the normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0）.01）;The CIMT of cerebral infarction patients was significantly thickened and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0）.01）;Ghrelin level was significantly positively correlated with CIMT（r=0.526,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Ghrelin plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction,which can provide references for early intervention and prognosis evaluation of cerebral infarction.
