机械通气治疗中枢神经源性过度呼吸的应用策略

摘要 目的分析中枢神经源性过度呼吸患者给予早期和延迟应用机械通气的临床效果。方法通过回顾性分析,收集经过机械通气治疗的中枢性神经源性呼吸过快的患者,筛选符合标准的病例,分为早期机械通气治疗组和延迟机械通气治疗组,通过观察临床指标,对检验结果进行统计分析。结果早期机械通气治疗组在72 h内的PO2、LAC、浅快呼吸指数的改善情况均明显优于延迟机械通气组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且早期机械通气治疗组患者的机械通气时间、ICU治疗时间则明显短于延迟机械通气组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中枢神经源性过度呼吸的患者采取早期行机械通气的治疗效果显著,能明显改善患者的缺氧和呼吸状态,并有效改善患者预后,建议早期行机械通气治疗。 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of early and delayed mechanical ventilation in patients with central neurogenic hyperventilation. Methods Through retrospective analysis, we collected patients with central neurogenic hyperventilation who were treated with mechanical ventilation and screened them. Cases meeting the criteria were divided into early mechanical ventilation group and delayed mechanical ventilation group. The clinical indicators were observed and the test results were statistically analyzed. Results PO2, LAC, and shallow breathing index in the early mechanical ventilation group within 72 hours The improvements were significantly better than the delayed mechanical ventilation group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The mechanical ventilation time and ICU treatment time in the early mechanical ventilation group were significantly shorter than those in the delayed mechanical ventilation group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients with central nervous system hyperventilation have a significant effect of early mechanical ventilation, can significantly improve the patient's hypoxia and respiratory status, and effectively improve the prognosis of patients. It is recommended that early mechanical ventilation be used.
