银离子抗感染敷料治疗老年下肢静脉溃疡的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of silver ion anti-infection dressing on senile venous lower extremity ulcer

目的观察银离子抗菌敷料在老年下肢溃疡患者中使用的临床疗效。方法对老年下肢静脉溃疡患者52例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组26例,对照组采用传统5%碘伏消毒并使用纱布换药,观察组采用5%碘伏消毒后使用银离子抗菌敷料填塞伤口换药,比较两组患者伤口面积、深度、渗液量、疼痛评分及护理满意度。结果观察组创面面积和创面深度从第1周开始均显著减小,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);从第4周开始,观察组渗液量显著低于对照组,且观察组疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。观察组治疗显效率为46.2%,治愈率为38.5%,显著高于对照组的显效率(30.5%)和治愈率(15.4%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组和对照组患者的治疗满意度分别为84.6%和19.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银离子抗菌敷料治疗老年下肢静脉溃疡抗感染效果显著,患者满意度更高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of silver ion antimicrobial dressing for elderly patients with lower extremity ulcer. Methods 52 senile venous lower extremity ulcer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional 5% iodine disinfection and dressing with gauze. The observation group was treated with silver ion antibacterial dressing stuffing wound dressing after 5% iodine disinfection. The wound area, depth, exudation, pain score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The wound area and the depth of wound in the observation group decreased significantly from the first week, and the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. From the fourth week, the exudate volume in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（all P〈0.01）. The effective rate and the cure rate was 46.2% and 38.5%in observation group, significantly higher than that of the control group（30.5% and 15.4%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P all 0.05）. The satisfaction of patients in observation group and control group was 84.6% and19.2%, respectively, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Silver ion antimicrobial dressing for the treatment of senile venous lower ulcer has significant anti-infective effect, with high satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
