内蒙古龙头企业与农牧民利益联结机制探究

Research on the Interest Binding Mechanism between Inner Mongolia Leading Enterprises and Farmers and Herdsmen

本文基于对内蒙古龙头企业与农牧民的利益联结机制发展情况的调查,结合内蒙古自治区龙头企业与农牧民利益联结机制发展存在的症结,以及考虑现实情况提出了推进内蒙古龙头企业与农牧民的利益联结机制的发展建议。此外本文结合蒙羊牧业对此进行了解分析,这对内蒙古自治区实现并完善龙头企业和农牧民的利益联结机制提供了参考。

This paper is based on the investigation of the development situation of the interest joint mechanism between the corporate champion of Inner Mongolia and the farmers and herdsmen.Combining with the crux of the development of the interest joint mechanism between the leading enterprises and farmers and herdsmen in our district,and considering the reality,we put forward suggestions of promoting the interest joint mechanism between Inner Mongolia＇s corporate champion and farmers and herdsmen.In addition,this paper analyzes and understands the Mongolian sheep husbandry,which provides a reference for the realization and improvement of the interest joint mechanism of the corporate champion and farmers and herdsmen in our district.
