贵州生态环境保护的对策研究

Study on the Countermeasures of Ecological Environment Protection of Guizhou

环境污染问题已引起了世界各国的高度关注。我国对生态环境保护高度重视,贵州省作为全国生态保护较好的省份,在十二五期间取得了显著成效。本文从贵州大气、废水污水、森林保护、植树造林和自然保护区建设等方面出发,阐述了贵州在生态环境保护中取得的成绩及其存在的问题,并分别从制度建设和法律体系建设两个层面,提出了完善环境保护法律体系,加大自然资源产权登记的力度,扭转重发展轻保护的错误观念以及提高全民参与环境保护的积极性等促进贵州生态环境保护的可行政策建议。

The problem of environmental pollution has always been a major problem that has troubled the sustainable development of mankind,and has attracted great attention from all over the world.Our country attaches great importance to the ecological environment protection.As best province excellent in ecological environment protection,great achievements have been made in Guizhou in the twelfth five-year plan.Starting from atmosphere,waste water treatment,forest protection,afforestation and nature reserves construction,etc,this paper discusses the achievements and existing problems of Guizhou in ecological environment protection,puts forward feasible policy suggestion on perfecting environmental protection law system,enhancing registration of natural resource property right,correcting misunderstanding of focusing on development instead of protection and improving people ＇s awareness of participating in environmental protection so as to promote ecological protection in Guizhou province.
