Study on the optimization of Practical Teaching System in Higher Vocational Colleges based on PFMEA

本文以"营销业务三年不断线"为典型案例,运用PFMEA过程失效模式及影响分析方法,分析市场营销专业实践教学实施过程中的潜在失效模式、产生后果及潜在原因,得出关键失效模式的影响因素,并从具体的目标、内容、实施、管理、保障、评价六个方面优化实践教学体系,以切实提高实践教学的人才培养质量。

With ＂three years in a marketing business line＂ as the typical case,using the method of PFMEA process failure mode and effect analysis,this paper analyzes the potential failure modes,consequences and evaluation in implementation of marketing professional practice teaching.It comes to the influencing factors of key failure model.Then this paper puts forward the idea of optimizing practical teaching system from concrete goal,content,implementation,management,security,evaluation so as to improve talents training quality in practical teaching.
