试论董仲舒的“性未善说”

Discussing on the Theory of Dong Zhong-shu's “Human Nature Is Not Good or Evil”

董仲舒是我国西汉时期著名的政治家、思想家,"性未善说"是其人性论的核心,也是教化理论的逻辑起点。董仲舒的"性未善说"主要强调的是人的可塑性,实际上是为他的教化说服务,是为其"德政"理想服务。其人具有可教性的思想对当代教育也具有启迪意义。本文主要从性三品说的提出、性之含义及性待教而善说三个方面来论述。

Dong Zhong-shu was a famous statesman and thinker in the Western Han dynasty. This paper discuss the theory of human nature is not good or evil which mainly emphasis is on the human＇s plasticity. In fact, the purpose of the theory is for education and politics. His thought has the inspiration significance to the contemporary education. This paper mainly discusses from three aspects.
