摘要
外派汉语教师的跨文化能力直接影响其在海外教学的质量。当前外派汉语教师在文化知识、海外汉语教学技能和文化传播能力、对异文化的态度和差异意识等方面存在不足。针对上述不足建立以知识、能力、态度、意识的跨文化能力理论模型,从四个维度对其进行内涵阐释,并从中外文化知识、海外教学、文化推广与生活能力、对赴任国文化的态度、对文化差异的敏感意识等方面对外派教师提出了具体的要求,以切实提高外派教师的跨文化能力。
The intercultural competence(ICC)of volunteer Chinese teachers in foreign universities directly impacts the teaching effect. However, there have been imperfections in the intercultural competence of volunteer Chinese teachers in the following aspects: culture knowledge, teaching skills, attitude to different cultures and awareness of difference. This paper aims to develop a model of ICC which includes awareness, attitude, knowledge and skills to improve the ICC of volunteer Chinese teachers. Based on the interpretation of the content of these four dimensions, it proposes and analyses in detail; the elements of the intercultural competence.
