泛媒体就业时代地方院校新闻教育的坚守与转型

The Adherence and Transformation of Journalism Education in Local Colleges in the Era of Pan Media

在新闻院系增多、同质定位现象突出背景下,有学者提出一流大学新闻教育要走高端、精英化发展道路,地方院校新闻教育又该如何寻求发展?笔者认为应做到三坚守一转型:坚守媒介素养教育,坚守人文底色,坚守地方服务导向;同时在教育理念、视野上要与时俱进,由培养职业新闻宣传人员转变为培养具有公共传播与对话能力的新闻传播人才,以更好地适应泛媒体就业这一趋势。

Under the background of the increase of news departments and homogeneity positioning, some scholars have proposed that the first-class university journalism education should take the road of high-end and elite development and how should the local university journalism education seek development？ I believe that we should do three adhere to a transition： adhere to the media literacy education, adhere to the humanities background, adhere to local service-oriented; at the same time in the educational philosophy, vision to keep pace with the times, by training professional journalists into public education with the ability to communicate the news dissemination of talent, to better adapt to the trend of pan-media employment.
