大学生劳动教育途径与方法探索

Exploration on the Approaches and Methods of College Students' Labour Education

劳动教育是使学生树立正确的劳动观点和劳动态度,热爱劳动和劳动人民,养成劳动习惯的教育。本文旨在对大学校园学生劳动认识、劳动习惯、劳动技能、劳动情感、劳动品质培养采取的路径与方法进行探索尝试,通过加强课堂阵地、实践基地、寝室生活、闲暇时间、家庭、评估六大途径,采用课堂讲授法、专题讲座法、主题团队训练法、学科渗透法、实验法、熏陶法、活动法、榜样法、家庭延伸法、档案记录法、考核法等,在做小、做细、做实上狠下功夫,产生良好劳动教育效果。

Labour education is to help college students to set up correct labour views and attitudes, love labour and labour people and develop labour habits. Through these six ways of classes, practice bases, dormitories, leisure time, families, and assessment, this paper aims at studying the approaches and methods to develop labour cognition, habits, techniques, emotions and quality. This paper tries to present perfect effects on labour education in light things with expository method, lectures, theme team training, subject penetration, experiment, edification method, activities, model demonstration method, family extension, archives recording and examinations.
