不明原因习惯性流产与血清风险指标水平的相关性分析

Analysis of the correlation between unexplained habitual abortion and serum risk indicators

目的分析不明原因习惯性流产与血清风险指标水平的相关性。方法选取2010年1月至2017年6月本院妇产科收治的60例不明原因习惯性流产女性纳入观察组,将同期成功分娩女性60例纳入对照组,未孕女性60例纳入正常组。比较三组研究对象的肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)、γ-干扰素(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白介素(interleukin,IL)-2、IL-4、IL-10、表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)表达水平差异,分析不明原因习惯性流产与血清风险指标水平的相关性。结果观察组研究对象的IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平显著高于对照组和正常组(P<0.05),EGF、IL-4、IL-10、TGF-β水平显著低于对照组和正常组(P<0.05)。不明原因流产次数越多,研究对象IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平相对越高(P<0.05),IL-4、IL-10、EGF、TGF-β水平相对越低(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α为不明原因流产≥3次的危险因素(P<0.05),TGF-β、EGF、IL-4、IL-10为不明原因流产<3次的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论高表达IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α和低表达TGF-β、EGF、IL-4、IL-10是不明原因习惯性流产的危险因素。

Objective To analyze the correlation between unexplained habitual abortion and the level of serum risk indicators. Method From January 2010 to June 2017, 60 unexplained habitual abortion women admitted to our hospital were included in the observation group, during the same time, 60 women who were successfully delivered were included in the control group, and 60 nonpregnant women were included in the normal group. The expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）, transforming growth factor β（TGF-β） and interferon-γ（IFN-γ）, interleukin（IL）-2, IL-4, IL-10, epidermal growth factor（EGF） were compared, and the correlation between unexplained habitual abortion and serum risk factors were analyzed. Result The levels of IL-2, IFN-γ and TNF-α of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the normal group（P〈0.05）, the levels of EGF, IL-4, IL-10, TGF-β of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the normal group（P〈0.05）. The higher the times of unexplained abortion was, the higher the expression levels of IL-2, IFN-γ, TNF-α were（P〈0.05）, the lower expression levels of IL-4, IL-10, EGF and TGF-β were（P〈0.05）. Logistic regression analysis showed that IL-2, IFN-γand TNF-α were risk factors for unexplained abortion ≥ 3 times（P〈0.05）. TGF-β, EGF, IL-4, IL-10 were protective factors for unexplained abortion 〈3 times（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High expression of IL-2, IFN-γ, TNF-α and low expression of TGF-β, EGF, IL-4 and IL-10 are risk factors for unexplained habitual abortion.
