不同强度运动对心血管病病人康复效果的Meta分析 被引量:7

Meta analysis of rehabilitation effect of different intensity exercises for patients with cardiovascular disease

摘要 [目的]系统评价不同强度运动对心血管病病人的康复效果,为临床进一步探讨心血管病人的运动康复提供循证医学证据。[方法]计算机检索多个中英文数据库中有关高等强度间歇性运动和中等强度持续性运动对心血管病人作用的随机对照试验,对符合纳入标准的文献运用RevMan 5.3.0进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入7个随机对照试验,Meta分析显示:高强度间歇性有氧运动与中等强度的有氧运动相比,最大耗氧量增加,差异有统计学意义[MD=0.97,95%CI(0.13,1.81),P=0.02]。[结论]高强度间歇性锻炼与中等强度持续性锻炼降血脂、体重指数和提高生活质量的效果相当,但前者可增加最大耗氧量,且降血压效果较为明显。 Objective:To evaluate the rehabilitation effect of exercise on two kinds of different intensity of exercise on cardiovascular disease patients,and to provide evidences for evidence based medicine for further study of the exercise rehabilitation of cardiovascular disease patients.Methods:Randomized clinical trials(RCTs)that assessed the effectiveness of high intensity interval training and moderate intensity continuous exercise on patients with cardiovascular diseases were selected in multiple electronic databases.RevMan 5.3.0 software was used to analyze the data after quality assessment and data extraction were made for eligible RCTs.Results:A total of 7 RCTs were included.The results of meta analysis supported the effectiveness of high intensity interval training on increasing maximum oxygen consumption in patients with cardiovascular diseases.While it was unclear that if high intensity interval training could improve the quality of life and it failed to support the effectiveness on reducing body mass index,blood pressure and triglyceride[MD=0.97,95%CI(0.13,1.81),P=0.02].Conclusions:The effects of two groups in decreasing blood lipid,body mass index and improving the quality of life were similar.However,the former could significantly increase the maximum oxygen consumption,and the antihypertensive effect was significant.
