摘要
近年来高强度钢材在高铁站房工程中逐步推广和应用,高强度钢板的螺栓抗剪连接成为设计关键,而国内规范对此连接设计方法未作出具体规定,仍沿用普通强度钢材的设计方法。因此,通过对Q460D高强度钢板螺栓抗剪连接试件的静力拉伸试验,分析螺栓布置方式对连接承载力及破坏模式的影响,与中国规范GB50017—2003、欧洲规范EUROCODE 3及美国规范ANSI/AISC360-05的理论计算值进行对比,讨论规范计算公式的适用性和局限性。研究表明:GB50017—2003规范中高强度钢材承压强度设计值仍沿用普通钢材的规定,不利于高强度钢材性能的发挥;EUROCODE 3规范能反映几何参数对承载能力及破坏模式的影响,但对破坏模式的预测有偏差;ANSI/AISC360-05规范仅考虑端距对承载性能的影响,理论计算值与试验结果偏差较大。研究成果为国产高强度钢板螺栓连接的设计理论和方法提供基础数据支撑。
In recent years,the use of high strength steel in high speed rail station engineering is gradually extended and the shear connection of high strength steel plate by bolts has become a key issue in the design,but the domestic standard has not provided specific provisions for the connection and the method for ordinary strength steel remains applied instead. Therefore,based on the tensile test of Q460 D high strength steel plate bolt connection,the influence of bolt arrangement on the bearing capacity and the failure mode of connection is analyzed,and Chinese code GB50017-2003,European standard Eurocode 3 and American ANSI/AISC360-05 standard values of theoretical calculation are compared,and the applicability and limitation of standard formulas are discussed. Research results show that: the design value of the compressive strength of high strength steel is still used in GB50017-2003 code,which is not conducive to the performance of high strength steel; EUROCODE 3 specification can reflect the effect of geometric parameters on the bearing capacity and failure mode,but deviates to predict the failure mode; ANSI/AISC360-05 standard only considers the end distance influence on bearing performance with big deviation between theoretical calculation value and test result. The research results may provide basic data support for the design theory and method of strength steel plate connection by bolts in china.
