城际铁路防止防淹门误动作对策研究

Research on Countermeasures against Misoperation of Floodgates in Intercity Railways

根据城际铁路运营部门对地下段设置的防淹门提出的安全需求,为了加强对防淹门系统的监管,防止其发生误动作,对防淹门系统运用的各个操作和运行环节进行分解,对可能发生误操作的位置进行分析,逐一开展对策研究,提出设置授权解锁和钥匙启动这一双重保险授权控制措施,达到对防淹门系统的授权启动和防止误操作的目的,以此措施为指导,改进BAS系统架构,增设防淹门专用中央级工作站,同时对防淹门系统自身操作控制软件和硬件设施进行改进,达到提高防淹门系统运营安全的目的。

According to the safety requirements by the intercity railway operation department on the floodgate setting in the underground section,each operation and operation link of the floodgate system are decomposed so as to strengthen the supervision of the floodgate system and prevent misoperation. The locations where misoperation may occur are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are studied.Authorized unlocking and key-initiated dual insurance control measures are proposed to fulfill authorized initiation of the floodgate system and prevent misoperation. Guided by the countermeasures,the BAS system architecture is improved and an additional dedicated central-level workstation is established for the flood prevention door. Meanwhile,the operation and control software and hardware facilities of the floodgate system are innovated to improve the operational safety of the floodgate system.
