校企合作建立建筑农民工“场中校”的路径探索

农民工在推进新型城镇化建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。建筑企业对农民工的培训需求与职业技术教育倡导工学结合的要求具有契合点。"场中校"的建立既可作为建筑类专业在校生实践的基地,也可作为建筑企业农民工业余学校,一举两得,双方受益。因此,研究建立依托建筑企业、校企共建农民工业余学校的路径是很具有现实意义的。

Migrant workers play an increasingly important role in promoting new urbanization. The demand for the training of migrant workers in construction companies is in line with the requirements of vocational and technical education in advancing the integration of work and study. The establishment of ＂School in Workplace＂ can be used not only as a base for the practice of students majoring inarchite cture, but also as an amateur school for peasant workers in construction enterprises, which can kill two birds with one stone and benefit both sides. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the establishment of a path to rely on construction enterprises, schools and enterprises to build amateur school for migrant workers.
