伴随着城市化进程的不断深入与开展,城市发展空间要求我们做出进一步的计划与调整,以此来实现城市土地资源控制的相关要求。在城市当中的常住人口以及建筑变多的状况之下,土地资源日益稀缺,为了保障城市的快速进步与发展,要求开展对应的空间上的延伸,并更深层次的提升土地资源控制方针,以此来减弱城市发展和土地供求之间的矛盾。
