随着我国经济建设的规模不断扩大,铁路工程建设成为运输网络建设中的重要组成部分,由于工程项目的规模大,工期长,涉及的利益多,因此,要进行现代化项目管理的实施,对于项目全寿命周期内的多重风险要素,结合铁路工程项目建设的实际和特点,针对现行管理体系中存在问题和困难,探索解决途径、方法及对策,搭建铁路工程项目管理框架。

With the continuous expansion of China＇s economic construction scale, railway engineering construction has become an important part of the construction of transportation networks. Due to the large scale of the project, the long construction period, and the many interests involved, it is necessary to carry out the implementation of modern project management. For the multiple risk factors in the project life cycle, combined with the actual and characteristics of railway project construction, aiming at existing problems and difficulties in the management system, methods and countermeasures are explored to build a railway engineering project management framework.
