摘要 FRP柔性防撞浮箱、套箱是内河桥梁防撞处理工程的新型工艺,具有生产周期短、轻质高强、耐腐蚀、造价低、安装便捷、使用寿命长和维护成本低等特点。FRP柔性防撞浮箱、套箱的单元箱间采用空间燕尾榫槽连接方式及单元箱内箱壳柱壳密贴接触连接方式,须通过高精度制造保证产品尺寸和结构质量实现,目前国内外较难实现机械化工艺成型,采用手糊工艺成型的产品尺寸精度和产品质量保证技术难度较大。 FRP flexible anti-collision buoyancy tank and box are new technologies for collision-resistance treatment of inland river bridges. It has characteristics of short production cycle, light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, low cost, easy installation, long service life and low maintenance cost. The space between the FRP flexible anti-collision buoyancy tank and the boxed unit box adopts the space dovetail groove connection method and the close contact connection method of the box shell and cylindrical shell in the unit box. It must be manufactured with high precision to ensure the product size and structure quality. It is difficult to achieve mechanization process molding athome and abroad. The product dimensional accuracy and product quality assurance through using hand lay-up process is more difficult.
