摘要 分析研山铁矿四个泵站的分布情况及各泵站控制系统现状,对四个泵站无人值守做了可行性分析,提出泵站集中值守控制方案。文章中详细阐述了该泵站无人值守方案的设计及实施过程,对现有系统配置情况及新系统远程控制、安全监控、画面显示、统计计量和故障诊断等情况做了详细说明。 This paper analyzes the distribution of four pumping stations in Yanshan Iron Mine and the status quo of the control systems of each pumping station. Feasibility analysis on the unattended operation of the four pumping stations is made, and a control scheme for centralized monitoring of pumping stations is proposed. The article elaborated the design and implementation process of the unattended program of the pumping station, and elaborated the existing system configuration and the new system remote control, safety monitoring,screen display, statistical measurement and fault diagnosis.
