摘要
在复杂地质条件下隧道施工中,围岩大变形已成为困扰地下工程界的一个重大问题,特别是变质片岩长大隧道,围岩破碎且遇水软化膨胀、变形破坏形式多样、累计变形量大、变形速率高、持续时间长、围岩破坏范围大引发的涌水突泥等诸多因素,隧道施工工艺更加复杂,难度更大。本文通过对湖北省十房高速公路通省隧道变形特点在施工过程中对变质片岩大变形施工防治技术进行小结,建立了一套变质岩区隧道从开挖到初期支护大变形防治的施工工艺,实现类似围岩的安全快速施工。
In the tunnel construction under complex geological conditions, the large deformation of surrounding rock has become a major problem that plagues the underground engineering community, especially the metamorphic schist tunnel. Because the surrounding rock is broken and softened with water, the forms of deformation and destruction are various, the accumulated deformation is large, the deformation rate is high, and the duration is long, and the large destruction of surrounding rock cause the water inrush and mud outburst,the tunnel construction process is more complex and more difficult. This article summarizes the prevention and control technology of metamorphic schist large deformation during the construction process of the tunnel deformation characteristics of Hubei Provincial Shifang Expressway, to achieve safe and rapid construction similar to surrounding rock.
