职业院校应用型人才培养模式下实践体系的构建

Consideration on the Consolidation of Practice Teaching System Based on Personnel Training Mode of Applied Talents for Vocational Colleges

应用型人才培养模式下实践教学体系的构建是高等职业院校主动适应区域经济社会发展需要,实现人才培养目标和提高人才培养质量的重要保障。本文主要从构建实践教学目标体系、知识体系、管理体系及保障体系四个方面展开论述。

The consolidation of practice teaching system based on personnel training mode of applied talents is to take the initiative to adapt to the needs of regional economic and social development for vocational colleges and is an important guarantee for realizing the goal of cultivating talents and improving the quality of personnel training. In this paper, the four aspects of constructing practical teaching target system, knowledge system, management system and guarantee system are mainly to be discussed.
