波音737NG飞机反推灯亮故障分析

摘要 本文主要通过对一起飞机发动机间歇性反推灯亮故障进行分析,从故障的现象出发,依据波音提供的故障隔离手册(FIM)、系统图册(SSM)和线路手册(WDM)对故障进行分析,再结合以往的排故经验,对可能导致该故障的原因逐一排查,最终发现导致故障的问题所在,依据AMM和AIPC更换部件后,测试正常,故障排除。本文对如何排除飞机发动机间歇性反推灯亮故障有一定的借鉴作用。 This paper mainly analyzes the failure of intermittent reverser lighting of an aircraft engine. Based on the phenomenon of failure, the FIM, SSM and WDM provided by Boeing are used to perform faults. The analysis, combined with past troubleshooting experience, examines the causes of the failure one by one, and finally finds the problem that caused the failure. After replacing the components according to the AMM and AIPC, the test is normal and the troubleshooting is eliminated. This article has some reference for how to eliminate intermittent reverser lighting failure of aircraft engines.
