摘要
对于电力系统而言,电力负荷的监测意义重大。随着全世界正在进行的大规模智能电能计量装置的推广安装,非侵入式设备负荷监测分解(NILM)将总电能消耗分解为单独设备的消耗,成为研究热点。本文论述了NILM在国内外的研究进展,总结了其基本原理与主要使用的算法流程,并重点讲述其中的3个重步骤,即事件检测、特征提取、负荷识别,分析了各类算法的优缺点。最后,本文探讨NILM的应用和未来的研究方向。
For power systems, the monitoring of electrical loads is of great significance. With the promotion and installation of largescale intelligent energy metering devices being performed all over the world, non-intrusive load monitoring (NILM) has broken down the total power consumption into the consumption of individual devices, and has become a research hotspot. This article discusses the research progress in NILM at home and abroad, summarizes its basic principles and the main algorithm flow, and focuses on three of the heavy steps,namely event detection, feature extraction, load identification, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms. Finally,this paper discusses the application of NILM and future research directions.
