高职院校校内实训基地建设探讨

Discussion on Construction of Practical Training Base in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校是我国基础教育结构中的重要组成部分,一直为我国的经济建设源源不断的输送着高质量的技术型人才,但是随着我国市场化程度的不断加深、市场经济体量的不断增大,高职院校培养技术型人才的效率难以满足越来越多的技术岗位需求,因此为了缓解当下研究的就业形势、满足市场上技术型人才需求,有必要加强高职院校教育方面的研究,尤其是高职院校校内实训基地建设方面的研究,这是因为实训基地可以直接起到培养实用型、技术型人才的作用,对于培养实用型人才具有重要影响。本文首先阐述了当下高职院校校内实训基地建设存在的问题,进而针对问题提出相对应的改进建议和措施,希望能有效推动高职院校实训基地的建设和发展。

Higher vocational colleges are an important part of China＇s basic education structure, which have been continuously supplying high-quality technical talents for China＇s economic construction. However, as China＇s degree of marketization continues to deepen, and market economy volume continues to grow, the efficiency of technical personnel training in higher vocational colleges can not meet the needs of the increasing technical posts. Therefore, in order to ease the current employment situation and meet the needs of technical talents in the market, it is necessary to strengthen the research on education of vocational colleges, especially the research on the construction of training bases in vocational colleges, that is because the training base can directly play the role of cultivating practical and technical talents and has important influence on cultivating practical talents. This article first elaborates the existing problems in the construction of practical training bases in higher vocational colleges, and then puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement and measures in response to the problems, hoping to effectively promote the construction and development of practical training bases in higher vocational colleges.
