教学团队建设是示范高职再建设的核心组成部分,是示范高职适应新时代要求的根本保证。本文在梳理示范高职院校建设成效的基础上,结合新时期国家对职业教育发展的指导意见,深入分析了示范高职院校在教学团队建设方面存在的主要问题,并提出了具体的对策建议。

The construction of teaching team is the core part of the reconstruction of demonstration higher vocational colleges, and it is the fundamental guarantee for the demonstration higher vocational colleges to meet the requirements of the new era. On the basis of combing the results of the construction of demonstration higher vocational colleges and combining the guiding opinions of the state for the development of vocational education in the new period, this paper analyzes in depth the main problems in the teaching team construction of the demonstration higher vocational colleges and proposes specific countermeasures and suggestions.
