Problems and Countermeasures in Dynamic Management of Metro Engineering Cost

我国是世界上人口最多的国家,随着城市化进程的不断加深,大量人口持续涌入城市中去特别是沿海一线城市和省会城市等二线城市,对这些城市来说大量人口的出行问题是城市交通系统的沉重负担。在地面交通无法承载出行压力而频繁发生堵塞现象的时候,地下交通设施主要是轨道交通的建设就显得极为重要。地铁工程由于深入地下,建设难度大、资金投入高、建设周期相比地面轨道交通增加了许多,这就对地铁施工中的造价动态管理能力提出了很高的要求,如何科学高效地分配、利用资金来建设质量合格的地铁项目是每一个地铁项目管理者需要面对的挑战。本文就地铁工程造价动态管理过程中的有关问题进行了研究并提出相应对策,希望能对地铁建设者们有所帮助。

China is the most populous country in the world. As the deepening process of urbanization continues, a large number ofeople continue to flood into cities, especially coastal first-tier cities and second-tier cities such as provincial capitals. For these cities, it isheavy burden on the urban transport system. When ground traffic cannot carry travel pressure and congestion occurs frequently, theonstruction of underground transportation facilities, mainly rail transit, becomes extremely important. Because of big construction difficulty,igh capital investment and long construction period of metro projects, it puts high requirements on the dynamic management capabilities ofmetro construction, and how to allocate and use the cost scientifically and efficiently to build a quality subway project is a challenge thatvery subway project manager needs to face. This article has studied the relevant issues in the process of dynamic management of metrongineering cost and proposed corresponding countermeasures.
