作为高能领域的建筑行业,如何改善其能源利用方式已成为当今社会必须要解决的问题。绿色建筑概念的提出,则成为现今乃至未来建筑行业节能减排的发展趋势。本文通过运用相关图表,对国内外绿色建筑管理模式进行全面总结,并结合我国国情,提出了适应我国绿色建筑的发展模式,为我国可持续建筑业的发展提供一定借鉴意义。

As a building industry in the field of high energy, how to improve its energy utilization has become a problem that must be solved in today＇s society. The concept of green building has become the development trend of energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction industry today and in the future. This paper summarizes the green building management modes at home and abroad through the use of related charts, and puts forward the development model that adapts to the green building in our country in light of China＇s national conditions, so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of China＇s construction industry.
