摘要
文章通过对河北省的实地调研,总结河北省建立全链条服务体系扶持科技型中小企业成长的典型做法;根据河北、江苏具体做法的比较分析,得出河北省可借鉴之处。在此基础上,对江苏省科技型中小企业的发展提出建议及展望。
Through the field investigation in Hebei Province, this paper summarized the typical practice of establishing a whole chain service system in Hebei Province to support the growth of tech SME;according to the comparison and analysis of the specific practices in Hebei and Jiangsu, concluded what Jiangsu can learn. Based on the above findings, this paper pointed out some suggestions and prospects of the tech SME in Jiangsu Province.
