基于BIM技术的高速公路投资控制研究

我国的BIM技术也随着科技的脚步迅速发展,BIM技术对建筑的设计,施工,工程造价等方面都有着极大的优势作用。本文从目前国内的研究现状出发,对文中涉及到的BIM(建筑信息模型)技术进行了概念解释,进而指出了BIM技术对高速公路的投资控制的重要性。接着介绍了高速公路建设项目在其建设过程各个环节中所存在的问题,并提出了BIM技术于各个阶段的投资控制的关键作用点。

BIM technology in China has also developed rapidly with the pace of science and technology. BIM technology has a great advantage in the design, construction and construction cost of buildings. This article starts from the current domestic research status, and explains the concept of the BIM technology, and then points out the importance of the BIM technology to the expressway investment control.Then it introduces the problems existing in all aspects of the construction of expressway construction projects, and puts forward the key points of investment control of BIM technology in each stage.
