摘要
世界银行(以下简称"世行")贷款项目的建设周期分为:项目立项、项目准备、项目评估、项目谈判、项目执行与监督、项目后评价六个阶段。项目执行管理是项目管理的一个重要组成部分,管理的好与坏将直接关系到项目的成败,项目执行管理覆盖项目整个执行期。本文以世行贷款项目湖北宜巴高速公路为例,重点阐述世行贷款项目执行管理与监测评价这一套行之有效的制度,可供我国工程建设投资管理借鉴。
The construction period of the World Bank loan project is divided into six phases: project approval, project preparation,project evaluation, project negotiation, project implementation and supervision, and post-project evaluation. Project execution management is an important part of project management. Good or bad management will directly affect the success or failure of the project. Project execution management covers the entire implementation period of the project. This paper takes the Hubei Yiba Expressway which belongs to World Bank loan project as an example, focuses on the effective management and monitoring evaluation system of the World Bank loan project,which can be used for reference in China's engineering construction investment management.
