摘要 随着我国铁路客运专线的大力建设和逐步投入运行,既有线运输能力得到了一定的释放,为超限货物运输带来新的发展空间。铁路超限货物运输虽然在整个运输体系中所占的比例较小,但这些货物大多价值较大,且为国家基本建设和工业建设的核心设备,如何充分利用铁路现有建筑限界,安全、高效将其运至目的地成为铁路部门的难题。中铁特货大件运输有限责任公司从超限货物设计阶段开始介入,联合铁路科研单位、高校、车辆制造厂共同研发,打造产、学、研一体化模式,成功打造超限货物运输新模式。 With the vigorous construction and gradual operation of China's railway passenger dedicated line, the capacity of the existingline has been released to a certain extent, which will bring new space for the development of over-limit cargo transportation. Although theproportion of railway freight transportation exceeding the limit is relatively small in the entire transportation system, most of these goods areof relatively large value and are the core equipment for national capital construction and industrial construction. How to make full use of theexisting building limits of railways to transporting it to its destination safely and efficiently has become a difficult problem for the railwaysector. China Railway Special Large-size Transport Co., Ltd. intervened from the stage of over-designed goods and jointly developed withrailway research institutes, universities, and vehicle manufacturers to create an integrated model of production, learning, and research, andsuccessfully created a new mode of over-limit cargo transportation.
