摘要
随着市场经济的发展,我国的公路工程建设取得了快速进步,种类越来越多,规模越来越大。但是也出现了一系列的质量问题,尤其是路面的损坏。而通过实际调查研究发现,路面的早期损坏通常是路基性能遭到破坏而产生的,因此,为了进一步加快施工进度,提高施工质量,必须采取科学的手段进行施工。冲击碾压技术的出现为路面的施工带来了很大的突破,实际效果较之传统技术也有了明显的提高。本文对冲击压实技术的原理、提点、具体应用等进行分析,为公路路基的施工提供有益的借鉴与指导。
With the development of the market economy, China's highway engineering construction has made rapid progress, with more and more types and larger scale. However, there have also been a series of quality problems, especially the damage of the road surface.Through actual investigation and research, it has been found that the early damage of the road surface is usually caused by the destruction of the roadbed performance. Therefore, in order to further accelerate the construction progress and improve the construction quality,scientific methods must be adopted for construction. The emergence of impact roller compaction technology has brought great breakthroughs in the construction of the road surface, and the actual effect has also been significantly improved compared with the traditional technology.This paper analyzes the principle, point and application of impact compaction technology, and provides useful reference and guidance for the construction of highway roadbed.
