摘要
基于系统布置设计方法对K公司布局进行优化设计,通过分析子午胎车间产品生产工艺和相关数据,指出生产布局中存在的问题,结合相关约束条件和SLP方法绘制作业单位相互关系表、作业区域位置相关图、作业区域面积相关图,经不断调整得到改善后的3个布局方案。运用层次分析法对方案进行对比分析,获得最优方案。
The layout of Company K is optimized based on System Layout Design. Through the analysis of all-steel radial tire workshop product manufacturing technology and related data, the problems of the production layout are pointed out; Combining the relevant constraints and SLP analysis methods, work units relationship table, the operating units locations correlation graph and operating units area correlation graph are drawed, through continuous adjustment to get the improved three layout plan. The method of analytic hierarchy process are applied to compare and analyze programs form four aspects: work environment safety, logistics efficiency, facility layout flexibility and site utilization rate, then the optimal plan is obtained.
