由双师型教师向教练型教师转变的实践与思考——以建设工程监理专业为例

Practice and Thinking of Changing from Double-position Teachers to Coach-type Teachers:Taking the Construction Engineering Supervision Major as an Example

对职业院校教育而言,教师的综合素质决定了教育的质量。因此,在实际教学过程中,职业院校要结合学生的特点,针对当前双师型教师的特点,积极向教练型教师进行转变,从而提升教学效率。因此,本文针对建筑工程监理专业如何由双师型教师向教练型教师转变展开思考与探索,然后提出了针对性的解决对策。

For vocational college education, the overall quality of teachers determines the quality of education. Therefore, in the actual teaching process, vocational colleges must combine the characteristics of the students, and in response to the characteristics of the current double-position teachers, actively change the coach-type teachers, thereby improving teaching efficiency. This article aims at how the construction engineering supervision specialty changes from double-position to coach-type teachers, and then proposes targeted solutions.
